Hello!
My name is Tania Haldar
I am a creative strategist, storyteller, interviewer and human-centred conversation facilitator who believes that meaningful conversations can change what happens next. For more than two decades, my work has explored one central question:
What becomes possible when people are given the space to speak honestly, listen more deeply and see one another beyond their roles, assumptions and circumstances? My journey has taken me through documentary filmmaking, entrepreneurship, creative leadership, interviewing, purpose-led storytelling and community-building. Each of these experiences has shaped the work I create today through The Arcadian House.
The Arcadian House brings together a collection of distinct but connected initiatives:
1) MidDay Pause™ : a professionally facilitated workplace programme that helps employees step away from mental overload, sort competing priorities and return to work with one clear action.
2) Vision One World : my not-for-profit initiative dedicated to human-centred storytelling, mentorship and community. Its projects include HPR Features, WeWise and The Arcadian Circle. The Arcadian Circle brings adults together through small, facilitated community conversations centred on storytelling, belonging, shared perspectives and meaningful human connection.
3) Antiquity Soul : my meaning-led collection of natural semi-precious stone pendants set in sterling silver, inspired by resilience, transformation and personal legacy.
The Story Behind The Arcadian House
The name The Arcadian House carries a deeply personal meaning.
For many years, my father dreamed of one day building a home called “Arcadia”—a place he imagined as peaceful, creative, welcoming and filled with warmth and human connection.
Life did not give him the opportunity to realize that dream fully, but the idea stayed with me.
The Arcadian House carries that vision forward in a different form. It is not one physical house, but a home for the work I now create: workplace experiences, community conversations, storytelling initiatives and meaningful objects that help people think more clearly, connect more deeply and recognize what may still be possible.
I did not create this work because I believe I have all the answers. I created it after spending much of my own life searching for worth in places where it could never be found. My personal journey taught me that change often begins when we are finally able to see ourselves, our circumstances and one another differently. At the heart of everything I create is one enduring belief:
Meaningful human connection can change the way people see themselves, one another and what may be possible next.
