I believe that meaningful connection can change the way people see themselves and the world around them. After a turning point in my own life, I began building a collection of projects rooted in storytelling, community, and second chances.

Today, I am in the process of building The Arcadian House, an umbrella for initiatives designed to help people connect more deeply with themselves and one another. These include MidDay Pause™, a program I designed to guide and facilitate workplace reset for today’s teams, Vision One World, my nonprofit initiative focused on community, mentorship and storytelling, Arcadian Circle, a gathering space created to help rebuild the sense of belonging many of us have lost, and Antiquity Soul, a startup business of a collection of handcrafted pendants inspired by resilience, transformation, and personal legacy.
