Our Collections and Materials
Every Antiquity Soul pendant features a natural semi-precious stone set in .925 sterling silver and comes with a premium Italian .925 sterling silver chain. Each natural stone has its own distinctive colour, texture and pattern, making every pendant unique. No two natural stones are exactly alike.
Is the sterling silver used in your jewellery hallmarked?
Yes. Antiquity Soul guarantees the authenticity of the natural semi-precious stones and .925 sterling silver used in its jewellery. Our pieces are made using genuine sterling silver and bear the standard 925 hallmark.
If it is not a genuine natural stone set in .925 sterling silver, it is not an Antiquity Soul piece.
How do you ensure the quality of your natural semi-precious stones?
At Antiquity Soul, every stone is personally sourced from trusted suppliers and artisans whose expertise spans multiple generations and whose reputations are built on authenticity and quality.
Our pieces are designed in collaboration with master artisans and are then handcrafted or cast at our partner facility in limited quantities.
While a pendant design may be recreated, the natural stone itself cannot be duplicated exactly. Its individual shape, colour, texture and pattern are part of what makes each piece distinctive.
Will I receive the exact pendant shown in the photographs?
In most cases, yes. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and photographs, and the pendant pictured is generally the exact piece you will receive.
If you would like a closer look before purchasing, we are happy to share additional photographs and videos of the specific piece featured on our website.
Each natural stone is unique, so variations in colour, pattern and texture are part of its natural beauty. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions and your screen settings.
If you commission a custom pendant or request a recreation of an existing design, the original design will serve as a reference. The stone's shape, colour and pattern, as well as certain handcrafted details, may differ from the original. Please confirm the design details with us before placing your order.
Authenticity and Care
How should I care for my Soul Pendant?
To preserve the beauty of your Soul Pendant, gently clean it with a soft cloth. Avoid exposing your jewellery to harsh chemicals, perfumes and cleaning products.
When not being worn, store your pendant in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging.
With proper care, your Soul Pendant can remain a treasured keepsake for years to come.
Normal wear and tear may occur over time. Please handle and store your jewellery with care.
Our Collections and Pricing
Are other pieces available from the Antiquity Heritage or Signature Collections?
Yes. Not all of our pieces are featured on the website.
If you are in Toronto, you are welcome to book an in-person viewing appointment to explore additional pieces from our Heritage and Signature Collections. We can also share upcoming dates for exhibitions and events.
For a personal viewing of selected statement pieces and Collector's Edition pieces from the Antiquity Heritage Collection, please contact us to arrange an appointment.
How much do Soul Pendants cost?
Each Soul Pendant is individually priced according to its natural stone, sterling silver, design and craftsmanship.
Antiquity Soul currently features two collections:

The Antiquity Signature Collection: approximately CAD $350–$515.

The Antiquity Heritage Collection: prices start at CAD $750 and extend to CAD $2,300, with selected statement and Collector's Edition pieces priced at CAD $3,300.
The pieces currently featured on this website are from the Antiquity Heritage Collection. Our Signature pieces may also be viewed at selected local vendor exhibitions.
For a personal viewing of selected statement and Collector's Edition pieces from the Heritage Collection, please contact us to arrange an appointment.
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, where relevant, are calculated or confirmed as part of the ordering process.
Custom and Bespoke Commissions
Can I request a custom pendant?
Our pendants are finished pieces, and we generally do not alter existing designs.
For something more personal, we may be able to discuss a bespoke pendant commission for select occasions. Share your idea with us, and we can discuss the design details and determine whether the commission is feasible.
Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for the creation and shipment of custom pieces. Delivery times will depend on your location and the carrier.
Gifts and Presentation
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. Our Soul Pendants are designed to be gifted.
If you are sending a piece as a gift, let us know when placing your order. We will do our best to make the presentation thoughtful, elegant and special.
Ordering and Payment
How do I place an order for a Soul Pendant?
Choose your preferred pendant and add it to your cart. Then proceed to checkout and complete your purchase online.
The available payment options will be displayed at checkout. If you need assistance or would like additional product information before purchasing, please contact us.
Ontario's HST, currently 13%, is additional to the displayed price where applicable and will be added at checkout. Shipping is included in the displayed prices for deliveries within Ontario, subject to confirmation of the applicable shipping terms.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, along with other payment methods displayed at checkout.
Card-reader payments are also available for in-person purchases. Offline payment arrangements may be possible when needed; please contact us to discuss the available options.
Payments are processed using the applicable payment method selected or arranged for your purchase.
When will my order be confirmed?
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Following a successful online purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Shipping and Delivery
Where is Antiquity Soul based, and where do you ship?
Antiquity Soul is based in Toronto, Canada. We currently ship throughout Canada and the United States.
Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?
All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada.
Delivery times depend on your destination, the pendant selected and the shipping carrier. Once your order is confirmed, we will communicate the shipping details as clearly as possible.
For special pieces, we may arrange delivery with additional care.
For custom commissions, please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for creation and shipment. The final delivery time will depend on your location and the carrier.
Are customs duties, taxes or import fees included for orders shipped outside Canada?
No. For orders shipped to the United States, customs duties, taxes and import fees imposed by the destination country may apply and are not included in the prices displayed on our website.
If you are interested in a piece and would like us to clarify the potential import costs for your US address, please contact us with your approximate destination. We will do our best to check the applicable information and confirm what we can before you place your order.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return or exchange a Soul Pendant?
Because each Soul Pendant is a personal piece featuring a distinctive natural stone, all purchases are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind, subject to any rights or remedies that may apply under applicable law.
We encourage you to choose carefully before purchasing. If you would like greater certainty about a piece, we are happy to provide additional photographs, videos and product details before you order.
If you are in Toronto, you are also welcome to arrange an in-person viewing of our collection.
