These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through the Antiquity Soul website and to your use of the website. Antiquity Soul is operated by The Arcadian House Inc.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to the applicable terms, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

1. Products, Materials and Authenticity​

Antiquity Soul pendants feature natural semi-precious stones set in .925 sterling silver and are supplied with premium Italian .925 sterling silver chains, as described in the relevant product listing.

​

Each natural stone has its own colour, pattern, texture and characteristics. Natural variations are inherent to the material and mean that individual pieces may differ.

​

Our jewellery uses genuine .925 sterling silver and bears the standard 925 hallmark. We stand behind the authenticity of the natural semi-precious stones and sterling silver used in our pieces.

​

Product descriptions and photographs are intended to represent our jewellery as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary slightly because of lighting conditions, photography and individual screen settings.

​

Where a custom commission or recreated design is involved, the final piece may differ from the reference design in the stone's shape, colour, pattern or certain handcrafted details. Relevant differences should be discussed and confirmed before the order is placed.

2. Prices and Taxes​

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

​

Prices may change without notice. A price change will not, by itself, alter the price of an order already accepted by Antiquity Soul, subject to applicable law and the terms communicated for that order.

​

Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout. For orders subject to Ontario's HST, the current rate is 13%.

​

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be disclosed or confirmed before an order is completed. The website's stated shipping arrangements apply to the relevant destination and order.

​

For orders shipped to the United States, destination-country customs duties, taxes, import fees or brokerage charges may apply. These charges are not included in the displayed product prices unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Orders and Acceptance​

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

​

After a successful online purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance where further confirmation is required.

If a product becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you regarding the next steps and any applicable refund or other remedy.

​

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits a customer's rights under applicable consumer protection law.

​

4. Payment Methods​

Available online payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Card-reader payments may be available for in-person purchases. Offline payment arrangements may be possible by prior agreement.

​

Orders must be paid for using an accepted payment method and in accordance with the payment terms communicated at the time of purchase.
 

5. Shipping and Delivery​

Orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

​

Delivery times vary according to the destination, the selected pendant, order processing requirements and the shipping carrier. Shipping information will be communicated as clearly as possible once an order is confirmed.

​

For special pieces, additional care may be taken in arranging delivery.

​

Custom commissions require additional production time. Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for the creation and shipment of a custom piece.

 

Delivery time also depends on the destination and carrier.

​

For US orders, customers are responsible for any applicable destination-country duties, taxes, import fees or other charges not included in the purchase price, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Any delivery estimates provided are subject to the applicable shipping arrangements and carrier conditions. Statutory delivery rights and remedies remain unaffected.

6. Returns and Exchanges​

Antiquity Soul does not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Because our Soul Pendants feature distinctive natural stones, customers are encouraged to review the product description and request additional photographs, videos or details before purchasing.

Customers in Toronto may arrange an in-person viewing before placing an order.

​

This policy does not exclude or restrict any rights or remedies available under applicable law, including those relating to defective goods, misrepresentation or other circumstances in which a remedy is legally required.

7. Custom Commissions​

Our existing pendants are finished pieces, and we generally do not alter existing designs.

​

Bespoke commissions may be considered for select occasions and are subject to discussion and agreement on the design, materials, pricing, timing and other relevant details.

​

Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for the creation and shipment of a custom piece. The final delivery time depends on the destination and carrier.

​

Any agreed specifications, price, payment arrangements and delivery expectations should be confirmed in writing before a custom commission proceeds.

8. Website Content and Intellectual Property​

All website content, including photographs, images, logos, product descriptions, text and other materials, belongs to The Arcadian House Inc. or is used with appropriate authorization.

​

No website content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used commercially without prior permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

9. Limitation of These Terms​

These Terms and Conditions are intended to explain the general conditions under which our website and products are offered. They do not remove any mandatory consumer rights or legal protections that apply to a purchase.

Any additional terms specifically agreed in writing for an order or custom commission will apply to that arrangement to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law​

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the applicable laws of Canada.

Subject to any mandatory legal requirements, disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions will be addressed by the courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Ontario.

11. Changes to These Terms​

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, products or legal obligations.

​

Updates will be posted on this website with a revised date. Changes will apply as permitted by law and will not remove rights that have already accrued to customers.
